2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Platform and its services
  • Match voiceover creators with relevant job opportunities
  • Process and verify payments between users
  • Improve the Platform, including features, performance, and user experience
  • Communicate with you about your account, jobs, and platform updates
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent prohibited conduct

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase infrastructure, which provides secure cloud-based database and storage services. Files such as voice samples are stored in public storage buckets, while sensitive files (deliverables, payment receipts) are stored in private storage buckets with access controlled through signed URLs. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With other users — Creator profiles (including name, bio, categories, and voice samples) are visible to businesses browsing the marketplace. Job details are visible to approved creators.
  • With payment processors — Payment information is shared as necessary to facilitate and verify transactions
  • When required by law — We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format

voiceover.tn uses authentication cookies only, which are required for Supabase authentication to maintain your session. Creators provide explicit consent for the collection and use of their personal data during the onboarding process. By completing the onboarding wizard and submitting your profile for approval, you consent to the storage and display of your profile information, voice samples, and other submitted data on the Platform.

8. Content Disclaimer

voiceover.tn does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or legality of any content created, delivered, or exchanged through the platform. We are not liable for any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising between users after a transaction has been confirmed as delivered by both parties. Users are encouraged to thoroughly review all deliverables before confirming completion.

9. Children

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to delete their account and associated data.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
