1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using voiceover.tn (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lisssen And Co. ("voiceover.tn", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Tunisia (VAT: 1755557/M).

2. Platform Description

voiceover.tn is a marketplace connecting Tunisian voiceover creators with businesses. The Platform facilitates the discovery, hiring, and delivery of voiceover services. We provide the tools and infrastructure for creators and businesses to collaborate, but we are not a party to the agreements between them.

3. User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Roles

The Platform supports two primary user roles:

  • Creators — Voiceover professionals who provide voiceover recording services. Creators must complete an onboarding process and be approved by platform administrators before they can apply to jobs.
  • Businesses — Companies or individuals who post voiceover jobs and hire creators. Businesses can browse approved creator profiles and manage the full job lifecycle.

5. Job Lifecycle

Jobs on the Platform follow a structured lifecycle:

  • Post — Businesses create and submit job postings for admin approval
  • Apply — Approved creators submit applications to open jobs
  • Hire — Businesses review applications and hire a creator
  • Deliver — The hired creator records and uploads deliverables
  • Review — The business reviews the deliverables and may request revisions
  • Pay — Payment is made and verified by platform administrators
  • Complete — The job is marked as completed after payment confirmation

6. Payments & Fees

All payments on the Platform are processed in Tunisian Dinar (TND). The following payment terms apply:

  • voiceover.tn charges a 5% platform fee on each completed transaction
  • All payments are verified and approved by platform administrators
  • Businesses are responsible for paying the agreed-upon amount plus the platform fee
  • Payment receipts must be submitted for admin verification before a job is marked as completed

7. Content Ownership

Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their voiceover recordings until a job is marked as completed and payment has been confirmed by the platform. Upon completion and payment confirmation, ownership of the delivered voiceover content transfers to the hiring business. Voice samples uploaded to creator profiles remain the property of the creator at all times.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
  • Uploading or delivering content that infringes on third-party copyrights or intellectual property
  • Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules
  • Attempting to conduct transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees
  • Using the Platform for any illegal purpose

9. Content Disclaimer

voiceover.tn does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or legality of any content created, delivered, or exchanged through the platform. We are not liable for any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising between users after a transaction has been confirmed as delivered by both parties. Users are encouraged to thoroughly review all deliverables before confirming completion.

10. Dispute Resolution

The Platform provides communication tools (including job ticket comments and revision requests) to help creators and businesses resolve issues directly. However, voiceover.tn is not an arbitrator and does not mediate disputes between users. Once both parties confirm delivery and payment is verified, the transaction is considered final. We encourage all users to communicate clearly and resolve any concerns before confirming completion of a job.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. voiceover.tn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
